The Gardeners of the Temple meet four times a year to mark the beginning of each new season with ceremonies held at the solstices and equinoxes. Each event starts with the creation of the garden, whether outdoors or indoors, followed by the specific seasonal ceremony: the summer solstice, autumn equinox, winter solstice, or spring equinox.

The Gardeners share "seedlings" and "harvests" with all attendees, including both Gardeners and visitors. These offerings consist of writings of various lengths, a list of which is provided in the event invitation.
The "harvest," akin to the "plank" in Freemasonry, stimulates discussions among Free Gardeners. Similarly, the "seedling," which is equivalent to the symbolic minute, also leads to exchanges.
